How do we do this?
Part of it is ensuring that everything we design is validated by the best data we can get. We are constantly experimenting and testing aspects of our solutions to get the results our clients desire as fast as possible. Our ethos is focused on growth and development, with a little bit of chutzpah and grit thrown in!
To give you an example of our constant improvement-seeking nature, we are currently running an experiment to fine-tune the next generation Convertus VDP. But don’t worry, this VDP test runs without any 3rd party A/B testing software to remove any speed performance issues, and compares our current VDP design to this new data-driven design. This has meant developing our own, in-house A/B split testing technology to be able to test both designs simultaneously. As with all A/B tests, not all of our client’s sites are included in the test, and you won’t see the new VDP design on every visit.
The best part of the new design? All of the changes being tested are based on data, which we predict to result in an increase in lead submission.
Over the next several weeks you may see the changes on your Convertus VDP page. It looks something like this:
“I don’t have a Convertus website, so what changes did you make?”
First of all, why not? ? The main objective of our VDP redesign is to remove unnecessary buttons and information so that the attention of website visitors are directed at our call-to-actions. New features include a more visible picture gallery, redesigned side panels, more visible CTA’s, a revamped payment calculator, and permanently visible CTA’s on the mobile versions.
This latest VDP design comes out of an in-depth analysis of:
- data from past website tests we’ve conducted
- various other successful website platforms
- our current website platform
- user experience data generated from engagement mapping tools like Hotjar
We’re really proud of this test and looking forward to seeing the impact it has on driving more conversions to your dealership.
